2010 looks like it will be an excellent year for Al-Takarop. This is because in 2010, our goals can be summed up in two words: optimization and development. In the past 3 years, we have achieved impressive growth and gained a wide range of experiences, all of which have enabled us to grow into the successful enterprise we are today. We intend to optimize the workings of our company by consolidating the past 3 years’ experience in order to achieve higher quality services for all of our customers. This year offers us an opportunity to put in place even more tools and processes to create a more efficient, effective company.
2008 is also a year for the development of our company. During the past few years, we have experienced tremendous growth; this year, we want to focus our efforts, making improvements in each department to take the company to the next level.
Al-Takarop also does not merely limit itself to developing our infrastructure and work methods; we also have a commitment to developing our staff. This year we hope to build a new headquarters for our company, giving every employee the space and comfort needed to accomplish their job successfully. We continually strive to support and develop our employees, from giving them opportunities to improve their management or English skills to providing ongoing training in computer programs. At Al-Takarop, our company vision is shared by every staff member. We understand that it is a community of people who are at the centre of a successful company, not the other way around.

Al-Takarop founded in 2005, Sabratah, Libya, Al-Takarop is a contracting and engineering firm serving the manufacturing and service sectors and one of the leading groups of engineering and construction companies in Libya.
